Update on Status Website

We are continuing to work hard on the website that will allow for INS claimants to check their current status in the FLSA arbitration case. The new site will also gather information on "suffer or permit" overtime and additional informtion on "new claimants". Further, the new site will provide detailed information(provided by the Agency) as to why the the Agency is attempting to remove a particular claimant from the "old claimant" class. We are also updating our claimant contact files.

We are working hard to make the site both intuitive, relatively easy to use (there is a lot of information that needs to be gathered) and, very importantly, secure. We expect to have the site "up" on or before the week of March 15-19
