AFGE continues to push the Agency to immediately pay FLSA backpay

On July 11, 2003, the Union had a fruitful meeting with arbitrator Samual Vitaro in San Francisco, California. The meeting lasted for over four (4) hours. The Agency chose not to be present. Please review my request to the arbitrator for him to order numerous rulings to move this case forward.

Please also review the Agency's silly (and blatantly illegal) fax to the arbitrator in which the Agency refuses to show up for a meeting long scheduled by the arbitrator. For those of you who thought the Agency is trying to "do the right thing" by you I would suggest that you closely read the Agency's childish response.
